摘要：

Companies listed on the GEM are playing an important role in the stock market. This paper uses principal component analysis to make the judgment on the growth of initial listing of 28 companies listed on GEM. Then it analyzes the factors affecting its growth from the perspective of the industries involved and gets some conclusions about the growth of listed companies on the GEM.
