摘要：

This electronic Industrial zone transfer is the inevitable law to a certain stage of economic development. Shaanxi is located in the west of China. Initiative to undertake domestic and international industrial transfer is a convenient way to achieve rapid economic development in this region. Through the use of SWOT analysis this article analyzes the Shaanxi industries to relocate to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, draws the appropriate conclusions, and introduces the corresponding strategic choice.
