摘要：

Reports of carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae in Africa remain rare and assess mostly bla(OXA-48)-producing isolates from Mediterranean countries and South Africa. We identified bla(NDM-7)-producing Enterobacteriaceae in Gabon in 2016. The isolates contained bla(NDM-7) IncX3 plasnnids that were unusual and similar to the one described in a colistin-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae SZO4 isolate from China.
