摘要：

A highly-efficient anonymous electronic voting scheme is proposed based on the combination of ring signature and blind signature. The scheme solves the problem of voters' identity divulges caused by excessive right from management institution or registration institution. The anonymity of voters' identity and the abstention problem can be guaranteed unconditionally. Also, the scheme guarantees the secrecy and fairness and improves the efficiency of vote process by chain ring signature technology.
