Active Control of a Nonlinear Aeroelastic System Using the Receptance Method

摘要
The question of active flutter control of a nonlinear aeroelastic system using the receptance method is investigated. A two-dimensional aeroelastic model with a polynomial nonlinearity in the pitching stiffness is considered. The method is applied to assign the poles of the closed-loop system to improve system stability. Runge-Kutta method is used for numerical simulations. The effects of various poles and control limitation are also discussed. Results show that the values of the poles affect both the system response and the input of the control surface, and the receptance method is effective for active control of the nonlinear aeroelastic system by rational pole assignments.
