摘要
Introduction. - Robotic-assisted partial nephrectomy for kidney tumor should remain on complete tumor excision with negative margins and renal functional preservation, while limiting warm ischaemia time. Intraveinous indocyanine green (ICG)-based fluorescence should be useful in this surgery, permitting a better (ICG)-based fluorescence and control of vascular clamping. Method. - Description of several aspects of ICG-based fluorescence during RAPN. Results. - Several benefits of ICG-based fluorescence are delineation of the renal hilar vessels during kidney dissection, delineation of tumor, completion of selective or total clamping, revascularization after unclamping and control of no positive margin on the ablated tumor bed. Conclusion. - ICG-based fluorescence is an innovative technique allowing a better surgical security during RAPN. (C) 2016 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
