摘要：
Graduate cultivation process is the core of the entire graduate education. Based on the qualitative research for every element, by comparing and summering of the quality assessment indicator system in China and USA, using the critical elements of the graduate cultivation process as the breaking point, based on comparative research, referring to the settings of the assessment indicators of the graduate cultivation process in Chinese and US universities, rooting on questionnaire survey, employing collective expert intelligence to determine the degree of the importance of each element in the evaluation process, the quality assessment system of the graduate cultivation process is established. Meanwhile, by using AHP method, the quality assessment index weight system for the graduate cultivation process in China is developed.
