In order to investigate the microscopic origin of both structural and rheological properties of the wormlike micellar systems, we propose a numerically efficient particle-field hybrid model and the coarse-grained micellar energy derived from Helfrich's bending energy model. By using these models, we succeeded in calculating the sol-gel phase diagram for the micellar system and observed the novel network structure with many holes in the gel phase region. In addition, we conclude that the large-scale destruction of the micellar network followed by the over-release of the shear stress is related with the shear-induced instability that leads to a shear banding.
