摘要
A new series of heterocyclic compounds were achieved by the synthesis of 3-(4-substituted phenyl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxaldehyde (IIHv) was synthesized from 4-substituted acetophenone phenylhydrazone (I-Hv) by Vilsmeier-Haack reaction compound (IIHv), was further functionalized by condensation. The reaction with various substituted anilines in refluxed ethanol with trace of cone. acetic acid to give corresponding aldimines derivatives(IIII-xIi).The synthesized compounds were screened of in vivo analgesic and anxiolytic activities in mice by acetic acid induced writhing test, elevated plus maze and light & dark exploration test in mice. The compound IIIVII, IIIIX and IIIXII showed very good anxiolytic activity, while compound no. IIIvi, IIIvii and IIIx showed very good analgesic activity.
