Web2.0-the common name of the new generation Internet, has provided a good platform and environment for the personal knowledge management because of its superior technology. The thesis, firstly, explains the different definitions of knowledge, knowledge management and personal knowledge management. And then summarizes the advantage of Web2.0 platform in personal knowledge management from knowledge acquisition, processing and sharing. Furthermore, the specific application of Web2.0 in personal knowledge management are also analysed combined with typical example-360doc personal library.
