摘要
Single crystals of La2CaB10O19(LCB), a new nonlinear optical material have been successfully grown from a CaB4O7-La2CaB10O19 solution using the top-seeded method. The LCB crystal grows in the shape of a thick-tabular rhombus along with the extension of the a-b crystal plane. The b-direction of LCB is parallel to the short diagonal of the rhombus.
