摘要：

The education of engineering ethics has been carried out in Chinese engineering colleges many years, but until now, its development is gloomy. This article analyzes the problems that exist in the education of engineering ethics in Chinese engineering college and proposes to develop Chinese engineering ethics education by building a strong external mechanism.
