We describe our recent surgical procedures for patients with ossified posterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine, focusing on the microsurgical techniques and our efforts to minimize surgical invasion. Advantages of the recently released titanium implant for the posterior approach, Laminoplasty Basket, are also described.
