摘要
The development of new energy vehicles is an important measure to solve the problem of environmental pollution and energy security in China. The maturity of charging network infrastructure planning and construction is an important factor affecting the development of electric vehicle industry. The securitization of electric vehicle charging network provides a feasible financing scheme for the construction of the charging network. By injecting charging network assets into a special purpose company established by the builder Special Purpose Vehicle(SPV), through underwriters issuing asset-backed securities in the capital market, to achieve asset securitization management, and through analyzing the risk of charging network asset securitization to build the investment decision models, the investors can basically determine the securitization term and yield to maturity, so that to obtain low-cost liquidity funds and increase the speed of charging network construction.
