摘要
In recent years, with the rapid development of scientific technology, the process of industry production which utilizes a great number of equipments becomes more and more complex. How to keep watching on the state of the working and the trouble of the equipments so as to ensure the production regularly work becomes the urgent thing that the production unit concerns about. This paper firstly analyzed the early warning of equipment failure and ant colony algorithm, completed the algorithm of ant colony cluster failure warning design and implementation of the model. On this foundation, this paper verified the data from transmitter by ant colony algorithm. Experiments have shown that the early warning model is highly simple and efficient; it was provided a reference for enterprise equipment to establish reasonable maintenance strategy.
