摘要：

The present paper approaches a series of general and particular aspects related to dental laboratories. The focus is on a strategy package to develop an as good as possible business plan related to the dental laboratory activity. In conclusion, the present paper attempts to present to dental technicians (professionals as well as managers) some particular problems they may be confronted with in their daily activity and to provide, when possible, some alternative solutions.
