Research on Graduate Employment from the Specialty of Physical Education in Last Thirty Years

In recent years, with the changes of the economic development both home and abroad and the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure of the state, the employment of college students, arising from the college expansion plan, has already become an issue which draws universal attention from the colleges and society nowadays. As a matter of fact, the employment competition among college students is the competition of the employment soft power of college students. By conducting an investigation on the employment soft power of graduates from the College of Physical Education, Zhejiang Normal University, this paper addresses the importance of the employment soft power in terms of practical ability, social ability and comprehensive ability for employment competition. At the same time, it also brings forward the suggestions and countermeasures on the enhancement of the college students' soft power.
