摘要
Thin films of nanostructured SnO2 were prepared using simple chemical spray pyrolysis technique. As prepared thin films were characterized using the XRD and FE-SEM technique. The average grain size was observed to be less than 48 nm. These films were observed to most sensitive (S = 180.81) to CO for 100 ppm at 300 degrees C. The sensor shows quick response (3 s) and recovery (8 s).
