摘要：

Because of computing algorithms realizing a method of finite groups, it is on the personal computer the numerical analysis of models of real essential three-dimensional constructions of electron-optical systems of various assignment in electrostatic and quasistatic approximation, in a mode of a travelling-wave in real time can be carried out. The used methods are described, the example multicascade EOS, including electrodes various configuration, deflecting acid calibrating plates and diaphragm system is reduced.
