摘要：

By the research of 5# continuous casting machine in an IRON & STEEL CO. Inner Mongolia, for its dynamic soft-reduction hydraulic system, the model of physics and mathematics have been implemented. This article derives the transfer-function of position controlling in the system. Time domain and frequency domain characteristics of the system are analyzed and the rule of the main parameters are found out in dynamic characters. Finally control system is optimized.
