摘要
This paper presents a comparison of optimal switch placement techniques in radial distribution power grids with one-side feeder. For the optimization problem two objective function are used. SAIDI and SAIFI reliability index are calculated using the standard method and the method based on three-states weather model which takes into account failure rate and average outage time in normal, adverse and major adverse weather conditions. Real reliability data of a selected part of tested power grid are used in calculations.
