摘要
In the context of this report, demands on mixers for the preparation of ceramic injection moulding bodies are discussed and potential process-technological solutions of the polymere industry presented. The experimental investigations serve to reveal the influence of the preparation step on the processing chain for injection moulding. Optimal results with regard to viscosity of the feedstock, as well as scattering of dimensions and ultimate bending strength of the sintered parts, are reached by compounding parameter combinations guaranteeing that a high shear energy is brought into the mouldable body and thus the remaining powder agglomerates are destroyed as completely as possible.
