摘要
In the supply chain management main manufactures attach increasing importance to their partnerships' effect. In order to select partnerships properly, certain attributes of the partnerships should be carefully analysis. Supplier selection is a multi criteria problem which multi attributions of the suppliers should be considered in SCM (Supply Chain Management). A grey relation analysis was proposed, so as to make up for the inconsistent judgments. In order to avoid objective influencing factors, the weight was determined by using distance analysis method. A practical case study illustrates its efficiency and effectiveness.
