摘要：

The aim of this paper is to present the results of a secondary field research, which was conducted in the area of Nitra Slovak Republic in 2010/2011. Scientific objective was to analyze the possibilities of tourism development in selected municipalities Nitra. Each destination has the potential to provide a unique combination of knowledge, tangible heritage, natural and cultural-historical potential, which makes some points particularly attractive. However, it is necessary to analyze the potential and appropriate ways to incorporate it into the tourism product. Correct use of the existing workforce growth potential, which is allocated to rural development can be achieved recovery, its economic, social development and contribute to regional competitiveness.
