摘要
Effects of three kinds of nitride additives, Si3N4, TiN and Si2N2O, on the mechanical property, oxidation resistance and slag resistance of the Al2O3-SiC-C samples was studied. The results show that the nitride additives can improve compressive strength of the samples. With the increase of nitride addition, the compressive strength increases, but modulus of rupture increases firstly and then decreases. After heat treatment in 1450 degrees C for 3 h in air, the decarburization area of samples containing three nitride is TiN> blank sample >Si3N4>Si2N2O, so the oxidation resistance of Si2N2O2 is the best. Three nitride additives can improve the slag resistance of the Al2O3-SiC-C. For Si2N2O can't be wetted by liquated SiO2 and silicate, the slag resistance of samples with Si2N2O is the best.
