摘要：

under the name of "social responsibility", we had initially expected mainly the needs of the company towards the business environment and then the company's ethical obligations toward it. Howard Bower, called "the father" of the concept of corporate social responsibility, defined as "obligations of a businessmen to pursue those policies, to take those decisions, or to follow those directions that are approved in terms of values and objectives to our society".
