摘要
As a way of conceptualized explanation, methods based on ontology describe objective concepts and relationships in some frame system. Taking the enterprise credit evaluation platform in water and hydropower industry as an example, this paper proposes a credit evaluation meta-model based on ontology, with which the complete platform can be built. Furthermore, the functions of entities existing in the credit service are explained, as well as the platform building process. In addition, this paper studies the working principles of UDDI and the credit service system based on it. The credit evaluation platform described above is also included in this service system.
