摘要
The key point and difficulty in measuring the electromagnetic properties of a medium is to accurately obtain its scattering coefficient. This paper proposes a specific scheme for measuring the scattering coefficient of dielectric plates based on ultra-wideband time domain measurement system. The acquisition and processing of experimental data are also analyzed in detail in the paper. To eliminate the measurement error caused by background and diffraction, method of "time window" and signal truncation are adopted in this paper. The measurement results of plate dielectric material in the frequency range of 2-26GHz show the reliability of this method is good, and has the advantages of fast access broadband reflection coefficient in a measurement.
