China is not only a country with a large population, but also a country of high production and consumption of energy. So we can not be in the same way of consuming large energy and taking on the economic development mode of "first pollution, later treatment", which is adopted by developed countries. The party and government pay great attention to energy saving and emission reduction and put forward to construct a resource - saving and environment - friendly society. According to this situation, this paper analyzes the relevant countermeasures and suggestions, which provide decision - making references for the Government.
