摘要
It′s a keeper! A dual near-infrared (NIR)- and pH-responsive system for the controlled catch-and-release of cells was achieved using graphene/Au nanorods as a substrate and double-stranded DNA as a switchable linker for cell immobilization (see scheme). This substrate was shown to respond to cycles of NIR light and changes in pH, and released undamaged cells from the surface. Copyright © 2013 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
