摘要：

Many famous web-based instruction systems today are deployed on-premises, and they have exposed some problems on operating and maintaining. In order to solve the problem, this paper introduces the computing, data management and messaging service, which Windows Azure can afford to building and deploying application. Based on that, this paper designs a Web-based Instruction System on cloud service and provides partly train of thoughts and methods. The system has the rational design, meets the teacher and student's habit of operation and makes use of the advancement of cloud service to figure out the limitations that present web-based instruction systems own, so it is worth some mirror significance and popularizing value.
