摘要
It is shown that mRNA of interieukin-1beta (IL-1beta), interleukin-1beta receptor (IL-1beta-R), erythropoietin receptor (EP-R) are expressed in the bone marrow cells of intact (CBAxC57BI)F1 mice. An injection of exogenous recombinant EP stimulates EP-R mRNA expression in the above cells (p < 0,05) but does not affect a mRNA level of IL-1 beta, 1 beta-R in the bone marrow of the above mice (p < 0,05). Introduction of the same dose of erythropoietin reliably stimulates colony formation in the bone marrow evaluated by 8-day exogenous colonies (p < 0.05).
