摘要
Four kinds of water-soluble polysaccharides A1(from fruit body), A2(from mycelia), PA(purification polysaccharide extracted from fruit body) and A6(from fermentation broth), which were isolated from an edible mushroom Pholiota.adiposa (Fr) Quel and its aqueous extract, fruit body power and mycelia power of the P. adiposa were studied in antioxidation experiment. They were all found to have the ability of scavenging free radicals, but their effect on O2-center dot and center dot OH were different. A6 had the best oxyradical scavenging activity and PA was the best in scavenging hydroxyl radical.
