摘要
A three-dimensional Monte Carlo simulation method for grain growth in two-phased materials is set up, basing on a micro-physical analysis of the interaction between the second-phase particle and the grain boundary. Two-phased systems containing second-phase particles with the same quantity but different sizes are designed, and the complete processes of grain growth are simulated. The influences of the particle size on grain growth are observed and studied quantitatively. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
