摘要
Building Information Modeling is a working method that makes it possible to optimize the design process of buildings in terms of quality and efficiency. All relevant information of a building is recorded and managed over its entire life cycle in a digital building model, usually three-dimensional and object-oriented. The principle here is that construction is first digital and then real. At the end there is a digital twin in addition to the real building.
