摘要
The land law enforcement has become the focus of attention of the community increasingly, and it has many problems and troubles. We must face and solve them. As a scholar of the land resource and environmental management, we should try to find a way of resolving the major issue; it is of a theoretical and practical significance. Through theoretical and empirical analysis, we will select the samples of the several parts of the local government and do an objective analysis on the historical evolution of land law enforcement, the formation and development, the reality of the problems and the formation of the plight. Finally; the author hopes to bring some effective countermeasures in line with China's current land policy and legal systems. The author also hopes to discover some universal law through the analysis of samples of some of the local government so as to provide reference for other local governments to resolve the plight of the formation of land administration law enforcement.
