摘要
In the process of biological micrograph acquisition, manual focusing is required, when the imaging quality is often not optimal, using the analysis of the clarity of the image, based on Laplace and Fourier algorithm to calculate the information related to the image, build the representation model of the clarity of the image or not, analyze the clarity of a single frame, on the basis of this comparison between the difference between the two frames before and after the micro-motion to form a focusing strategy to biological microscopic imaging system to test this focusing strategy, in the case of out-of-focus, the focusing of the system can be achieved, compared with manual focusing, the method is highly automated and can meet the needs of automatic detection engineering.
