摘要
The effects of Ca2+ and its inhibitors on peanut photosynthesis under short-term low night temperature stress (8 degrees C) were studied to verify regulation of Ca2+ on recovery of photosynthesis under short-term low night temperature stress. We found that the short-term low night temperature stress had significantly reduced the net photosynthetic rate of peanut, but the spraying of Ca2+ pre-treatment under short-term low night temperature stress can significantly improve the photosynthetic apparatus of the peanut. However, the spraying of ethylene glycol bis(2-aminoethyl) tetra-acetic acid (EGTA) and trifluoperazine (TFP) pretreatment under short-term low night temperature stress had the opposite effect. In addition, the regulation of TFP on peanut photosynthesis under short-term low night temperature stress was more obvious compared to the spraying of EGTA. This suggested that the calmodulin of peanut held an important role in the achievement of Ca2+ improving peanut photosynthesis under the short-term low night temperature stress.
