摘要：

Along with the development of network technology, the remote teaching with Internet-based computer, as a kind of new teaching method, is paid more and more attention by people. Training exercising crowds' lifelong sports consciousness is one of the important goals of sports education. For this purpose, it is necessary to have a deeper understanding and comprehension of the training ways and methods. Combined with the features and techniques of modern computer network teaching, and with literature, induction, deduction, analysis and other methods, the article analyzes the advantages of the network education, such as being student-centered, having no time or space and free use of online resources, etc.. All these can bring new opportunities and technical support for cultivating lifelong sports consciousness. Through analyzing the problems existing in the development of college sports, the article explores the application of distance teaching method and the model of cultivating lifelong sports consciousness, in order to guide college sports practice better.
