摘要：

Bladder malacoplakia is a rare inflammatory disease with pseudo-tumoral lesions. This disease does not have any specific clinical or laboratory signs and diagnosis is exclusively based on histology. The authors report a rare case of extensive bladder malacoplakie with uro-digestive fistulas evidenced by HMDP-Tc99 m scintigraphy and discuss the value of scintigraphic explorations in the management of this disease.
