摘要
At present, the coal industry of China. basically develops in a low level, and there are many disadavantages, such as unreasonable structure, extensive growth mode, frequent safety accidents, serious resource waste, lagged environmental control, etc. According to these problems, in the present paper, a new 'mining technology without oxygen supply' is applied to promote the sci-tech reform of coal industry, advance the sci-tech improvement and innoviation, push the development of coal enterprises from lower level to higher innovation. Moreover, this technology is an optimum scheme to implement the transfomation of coal industry. In fact, the safety accidents frequently take place in the driving face whch is an moving workshop with the minimum miners. So it is reasonable to implement the technology of 'driving without air supply' at one-end tunnel with long distance in higher gas mine, and it is an basis for popularizing and applying the 'mining technology without oxygen supply' in coal mine enterprises.
