System analysis of regional coal mine safety and construction of index system

摘要
In order to research on safety situation of all coalmine in China and to set down work safety development strategy, in the thesis, in the view of regional system and by safety science theory, the author put coalmine work safety into macro environment of regional system to study and put forward the notion of regional coalmine safety system and construct the index system of regional coalmine safety system. Regional coalmine safety system is large harmony system combined by man, society, environment, technology and economy etc. According to system theory and safety science theory, regional coalmine system is integrated by four subsystems, namely, employees, resource, management of science and technology and economy. The subsystems both depend and opposite each other. Only by harmony action and coherent effect, the total system can be ensured to develop from disorder and confusion state to orderly and harmony state. On the basis of system analysis, the evaluation index system is. constructed. Finally, the integrated evaluation index system is constituted of 41 indexes, 4 grades.
