摘要
alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP), a surveillance biomarker of liver cancer, was directly detected via immunoassay at a single-molecule level using in situ atomic force microscopy (AFM). AFM size measurements confirmed the successful capture of single APP molecules by monoclonal antibody molecules on a one-to-one basis.
