摘要：

In today's knowledge based economy, knowledge has become one of the most important competitive resources. Cluster-supply-chain combines the advantages both of industrial cluster and supply chain: proximity and relevance. The members in the cluster have closed relationships and the knowledge transfer fits for their benefit, and so knowledge can be transferred in the cluster-supply-chain with low cost and high efficiency As a result, this kind of knowledge transfer prompts the formations of new enterprises and improves the competitive advantages and sustainable capacity.
