摘要：

Chinese colleges currently give top priority to enhancing student's creativity and cultivating innovative talented people. Psychological quality education and innovative talent cultivation are closely connected, so this article analyzes the required psychological quality for innovative talented people and the problems of current psychological quality education for college students, and puts forward solutions for reinforcing psychological quality education for innovative talent in colleges.
