摘要
The study of consumer behavior has become a constant concern for marketing specialists who thus can find out how consumers choose the goods and services they need to meet their multiple needs and what the stimuli and factors are that influence their choice. With the considerable diversification of the offer, consumers have a wide range of choices. On the other hand, the increase of the purchase power, together with the increase of the education and cultural level, allow consumers to meet more and more of his/her needs, more sophisticated, and higher quality aspects producers must take into account to meet consumers' desires. Due to the fundamentally different nature of the acts and processes defining consumer behavior, the way in which people behave economically does not represent a sum of mechanically repeated acts but the result of a lifetime experience. Simply recording and quantifying consumer acts is not enough we also need to study psycho-physiological processes determining these acts and explain their interdependence.
