摘要：
We present a case of a patient with left ventricular free wall rupture who successfully underwent emergency surgical repair using the double-patch sandwich technique. This technique has already been used for the treatment of left ventricular aneurysm and retains the proper shape and size of the left ventricle. Multislice computed tomography was fast and non-invasive in the detection of a ventricular rupture. (C) 2011 Published by European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery. All rights reserved.
