摘要：

This paper presents the concepts and technology of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and its application in real estate management. GIS provide geographic information and visualization capabilities to traditional real estate software systems. Pin Maps, Area Definition, Portfolio Management and Site Cloning are the powerful abilities of GIS application in real estate. Based on these special abilities this paper analyses the typical application of GIS in Real estate.
