摘要
In order to investigate semi-conductor nanocrystals in polymer light-emitting diodes (PLEDs). CdSe nanocrystals-conjugated polymer composite was used as the emitting material. High-quality CdSe were synthesized Successfully by simple chemical colloid methods and doped into a green light-emitting polymer, PFBT8. As the concentration of CdSe in composite increases, the turn-on voltage of the device decreases, while EL intensity increases. The improvement is more remarkable when the concentration of CdSe increases in a certain range. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
