摘要：

Electronic processes underlying the formation of video signals in vidicons with phototargets based on semiconductor-on-insulator structures are analyzed. The relaxation of the nonequilibrium depletion region due to the accumulation of photocarriers is taken into account. The threshold sensitivity, the detectivity, the dynamic range, and the resolution are estimated at different levels of the input signal.
